APEX RACING SIMULATORS Terms and Conditions Policy

WELCOME TO APEX RACING SIMULATORS!
Apex provides sim racing hardware for hire and sale to individuals, groups and corporate customers via the Apex Racing HQ (the “Sim Centre”), YouTube website & mobile application (“YouTube”), Discord communication platform (“Discord”) and related services (collectively, the “Service(s)”). The Service is operated by Apex Racing UK Ltd. (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) for users of the Service (“you”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that is collected from visitors to the Site and users of partner Apps and/or the Services. Under applicable law, Apex Racing UK Ltd. is the “data controller” of personal data collected through the Services.
SHIPPING POLICY
We determine exact delivery charges for your total order at Basket and Checkout. Delivery is only available to the UK and there are 4 brackets of delivery charges applied for Sim Racing Hardware as follows:
- Local store pickup (from Corby, Northamptonshire) – FREE
- Delivery within ParcelForce Zone 1 – FREE
- Delivery within ParcelForce Zone 2 – £12.00 Inc-Vat
- Delivery within ParcelForce Zone 3 – £18.00 Inc-Vat

Sim Racing Hardware orders are shipped using Parcelforce’s express24 service though other providers may be used as necessary. All orders will be dispatched within 3 business working days of the order being received, with most orders aimed to be dispatched next day. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Products in the category “Apex Racing Team Merch”: https://www.apexracingsim.com/product-category/apex-racing-team-merch/ are made to order and shipped by a third party and as such may take up to two weeks to be delivered. These products may ship from an international location, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. These products are not available for collection from the Apex Racing Sim Centre.
The exception to the above paragraph are those labelled as “Official Apex Racing Team Wear”. These are kept in stock and shipped directly by us. Evri or a similar courier is used and should be delivered within 7 business days. A signature may be required upon delivery. These products are available for collection from the Apex Racing Sim Centre.
VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the UK. The delivery rates listed here are inclusive of any applicable VAT. The checkout page displays the total VAT charged which includes the delivery rate.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may contact us directly for a shipping quote but no commitment is made that shipping can or will be made. Email to admin@apexracingsim.com
When the shipping label for your order is created you will be emailed your order confirmation details including a tracking link for your delivery. Note that tracking information may not be available until several hours after the courier collects from us (this is not the same time as label creation).

RETURNS POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, the below policy applies:
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in the case of an agreed product fault) and shipping insurance must be obtained equivalent or higher than the purchase price.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email (if applicable).
- Send all items back to us using the label provided (if applicable) within 14 days.
- Refund or store credit will be provided within 7 days of receiving the returned product if meeting the above criteria.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you’re looking to cancel your simulator, competition zone or venue hire for whatever reason, the below policy applies:
Individual simulator hire can be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled hire with a full refund available minus any incurred bank fees. For cancellations within 24 hours of the hire time and date, no refund will be due.
Competition Zone Hire can be cancelled a minimum of 7 days before the scheduled hire with a full refund available minus any incurred bank fees. For cancellations within 7 days of the hire time and date, no refund will be due.
Venue Hire can be cancelled a minimum of 28 days before the scheduled hire with a full refund available minus any incurred bank fees and other costs incurred (catering, contractor bookings etc). For cancellations within 28 days of the hire time and date, no refund will be due.
Where possible rescheduling bookings will be accommodated within any time windows.
WARRANTY POLICY
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Apex Racing Simulators (the “Physical Goods”).
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period as defined by the manufacturer of the Physical Goods. During the first 30 days of the Warranty Period, Apex Racing Simulators will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. After the first 30 days of the Warranty Period the Physical Goods manufacturer should be contacted directly to repair or replace, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

To obtain warranty service after the first 30 days after purchase, please contact the Physical Goods manufacturer directly.
REVIEW POLICY
7 days after making a purchase on this site we will invite you to review your purchase/service. This review system is provided by an independent third party https://www.cusrev.com. We will never offer discounts or other incentives in exchange for reviews on our site. You can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your invitation if you no longer wish to receive these emails.
CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES
We reserve the right to update or modify the above policies at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any information. These policies were last updated on the date indicated above.
